POLINI MOTORI AT GIRO-E 2026: RELIABILITY CONFIRMED STAGE AFTER STAGE
After 18 stages, a total distance of 1091.6 km and 20450 meters of elevation gain, the 2026 edition of Giro-E came to an end. The event, dedicated to E-Bikes, takes place on the same roads as the Giro d’Italia, offering enthusiasts, guests and teams a unique experience that combines sport, technology and passion.
Once again this year, Polini Motori played a leading role in the event, with more than one-third of the E-Bikes at the start line equipped with Polini E-P3+ EVO2 GP Limited Series systems.

The E-Bikes powered by Polini motors tackled demanding routes every day, covering long distances, steep climbs and challenging weather conditions, especially during the opening stages, which were marked by heavy rain and hail.
Giro-E once again proved to be a real-world testing ground for evaluating the quality of Polini systems. Throughout the event, a wide variety of riders with different levels of experience and fitness rode Polini-powered E-Bikes every day without encountering technical issues.
Each team competed on E-Bikes equipped with the Polini E-P3+ EVO2 GP Limited Series motor and 500 Wh batteries, a setup specifically designed to deliver consistent performance and reliable range even on the most demanding days.
The E-P3+ EVO2 GP Limited Series motor, delivering 90 Nm of torque and up to 650 W of peak power, confirmed its excellent performance throughout Giro-E, providing strong assistance, smooth power delivery and proven reliability and offering riders natural and continuous support, even on the most challenging sections of the route.
Stage after stage, the E-Bikes equipped with Polini technology demonstrated consistent performance, durability and autonomy, allowing riders to fully enjoy the Giro-E experience with confidence and fun, without interruptions caused by technical issues or battery replacements during the stages.
